Unlike concealed hinges, butt hinges leave a visible section on the front of the unit, making the finish an important design consideration.
For legacy reasons, many of our products are supplied with Florentine Bronze hinges as the standard option. This traditional finish has long been a popular choice, offering a warm, classic appearance that works beautifully with a variety of furniture styles. However, as design preferences continue to evolve, you may wish to explore alternative finishes that better suit your chosen handles, fixtures, or interior décor.
Nickel Hinges are an excellent choice for those seeking a clean, contemporary look. Their bright, silvery finish pairs particularly well with modern hardware and lighter colour schemes, creating a refined and sophisticated appearance.

All of these are Butt Hinges, which leaves a visible section on the front of the unit. For legacy reasons, many of our products will default to Florentine Bronze. However, depending on your choice of finish or handles, you may prefer to explore other options!
