Trade

We provide bespoke furniture directly to the end customer, but we also work closely with interior designers, joiners and other trades people who are working on someone else’s behalf.

Trade Discount

We’re happy to offer small discounts to those who offer repeat business, and therefore we don’t offer a discount on your first order with Jali. For a subsequent order to qualify for a 10% discount, it must meet the following criteria:

• The order should be part of a trade job
• The order must be within 12 months of your last
• The order total must be over £600 (incl. VAT)

All discounts are offered at our discretion; they do not constitute a quote.

Payment Terms

We require payment to have cleared before we will begin manufacture, and therefore we don’t accept payment on account.

Design Process

If you would like to submit custom Jali designs for us to review, but aren’t ready to pay, you can do so. Simply add them to your basket as normal then click ‘Submit Design for Review’. Our office will receive your designs and will call to discuss.

Note that we can’t honour quotes for an extended period (see full terms below) so try not to delay your order where possible.
