Description
Jali produces a wide range of cost-effective simple shapes that are ideal for DIY projects around the home in a choice of 6mm, 18mm or 30mm thick MDF. Thicker shapes are ideal for tabletops or workbenches, whereas 6mm thick shapes can be used as cutting templates for DIY jobs.

What are the thickness options?
You can choose. Jali made to measure shapes can be manufactured in 6mm, 18mm or 30mm MDF, or in 6mm, 19mm and 31mm veneered MDF.
Will the MDF Shape sides be edgebanded?
If you order your shapes in natural MDF, we will not typically apply any edgebanding.
For all veneer Jali MDF Shapes, our policy is to edgeband accessible straight edges. We will not typically edgeband curves, but may be done manually by special request. We cannot easily edgeband interior edges.
Can you manufacture custom MDF Shapes which are not available via the 3D designer?
Yes, but we will need to quote for this separately. Simply send an email to sales@jali.co.uk with a sketch and some dimensions, and our team will get back to you.

Exactly the Right Place
Bought some custom MDF shapes to make some drawers to fit under the sofa. Included radius cuts that I couldn't have easily done. All the extra cut-outs to mount the cross members in were in exactly the right place and much cheaper than paying a carpenter.
