Delivery

We try to manufacture all bespoke orders in about 2-3 weeks. This lead time can extend slightly during busy periods, e.g. winter. Once the order is packed, we then call to arrange delivery. Our bespoke furniture kits come in all shapes and sizes, so we take delivery and handling very seriously. We usually prefer that orders go out on our own transport if possible. However, we may use a third party courier and sometimes this is the best or only option.

For most Jali customers we offer free delivery via our own transport. However, regions outside our catchment area require an extra delivery cost, and are serviced by a third party courier. The extra charge is calculated during checkout after entering the postcode.
